9th Chennai International film festival inaugurated at Woodlands theater yesterday in presence of Information Broadcast Minister of Tamilnadu, Hollywood director Sekhar Kapoor ,prominent Indian film personalities, ICAF members, Sathkumar – Suhashini – their team and most importantly thousands of film fans. Karthika, Thanshika and Priya Anand lighten up the traditional Kuthuvilakku. The kid with bike was the opening movie of 9th CIFF.
