K V Anand’s directorial Movie Ko won the first Nagireddy Memorial Award 2011. Producer of Ko Elred Kumar- Jayaraman along with Director K V Anand, Writers SuBa received the award from the legends SP Muthuraman , Vairamuthu, AVM Saravanan, Prabhu and Nathiya. A beautiful trophy with a cheque for Rs 1,50,000/- were presented to Elred Kumar.
Vijaya Medical & Educational Foundation chairman Venkatrama Reddy, CEO Bharathi Reddy organized the event. Thousands of staffs from Vijaya institutions and general public participated in the event.
Earlier musical tribute to Nagi Reddy performed by singer Unni Menon and his group. They sung hits from the movies of Vijaya Vahini banner.
