This homam will be performed with 108 Pumpkins, 108 Red clothes, 108 Dry coconuts, 108 Lemons, 108 Herbs, 108 Kilos of Neem oil, 108 packets of Red Chillies, 108 Winnowing Fans (Muram), 108 packets of Turmeric, 108 packets of Kumkum, 108 Apples, Varieties of flowers, fruits, sweets, etc. These items will be offered in this DHRISHTI DURGA HOMAM by the participants themselves. The purpose of this Dhrishti Durga Homam is that negative forces (dhrishti) are destroyed, ailments cured, improvement in respective fields with the blessings of Goddess Durga.
