RFPL’s Exclusive Villas on ECR – Tropicana Residences
RFPL (Rajeshwari Foundations Private Limited) a company promoted by experienced professionals is launching their first Super luxury villa project in Chennai in the name and style of Tropicana Residences – 14 elite villas designed by the world renowned Malaysian Architect David Mizan Hashim on ECR. (Kanathur Village, 400 Meters after Mayajaal).
The villas located in Kanathur close to the sea on East Coast Road are spread over 1.85 acres of land. The Government of Tamil Nadu has also initiated steps to extend the city limits, by the virtue of this fact it is not long before Kanathur which is just at the boundary of the city limit to be included as part of the Chennai city limit resulting in huge benefits to end users investing in Kanathur today.

18 – 24 months.
