V.Selva Ganesh born in Chennai to Grammy-winner Vikku Vinayakram, a former member of the original Shakti, is the Music Director of this film. This album contains 5 tracks all of which are very commercial. He made his debut composing for the Tamil movie Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu (2008), Kola Kolaya Mundhirika (2009) and then Drohi (2010) where he has composed a diverse album containing a Punjabi-style Bhangra song, a south Indian folk song, a hip-hop number, and an exquisite romantic. V. Selvaganesh is an Indian percussionist working in the Carnatic tradition, and is the leading kanjira (or south Indian frame drum) player of his generation. He has also composed and produced albums, and played with the Swedish bass virtuoso Jonas Hellborg and American guitar player Shawn Lane.
